About the Contents of the Web Portal
The Hansen marketing materials provided in this Hansen Medical Distributor Marketing Support Portal (“Web Portal”) are for the international market only. These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Any reproduction without express written permission is prohibited.
These materials are provided by Hansen Medical, Inc. (“Hansen”) for use by Hansen’s contracted distributors ("Distributor") during the term of the distributor contract only. Distributor is authorized to use the photographs, images, trademarks and trade names of Hansen to the extent described in this Web Portal for the sole purpose of promoting Sensei® robotic technology within its territory. Distributor may not modify or otherwise alter the photographs, images, trademarks and tradenames provided in the Web Portal or obscure the messages displayed. This authorization may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Hansen. Distributor shall acquire no right, title or interest in or to any of the photographs, images, trademarks, and trade names of Hansen including any derivative works, and Distributor may not transfer any of the aforementioned items to any third parties without Hansen's prior written consent.
Distributor shall also identify Hansen's trademarks and trade names by including the following statement in any printed material that uses Hansen's trademark or trade name: “Hansen Medical, Heart Design (Logo), Hansen Medical (with Heart Design), Sensei, Artisan, IntelliSense, Instinctive Motion, Fine Force Technology, and Lynx are registered trademarks, and Artisan Extend and CoHesion are trademarks of Hansen Medical, Inc., in the United States and other countries.”

Distributor should not make substantive changes to the Sensei® X robotic system descriptions when utilizing the customizable templates provided within this Web Portal. Distributor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information it provides in the marketing pieces drawn from the Hansen marketing materials in this Web Portal.
